Vision Statement:

The City of Darlington and the Darlington Community School District and Holy Rosary School Administration are committed to ensuring that our students can utilize physically active transportation, such as walking and bicycling, for a safe and enjoyable trip to school. This Safe Routes to School Plan aims to address the issues that impede active transportation and seeks to strategically solve these problems by implementing a Safe Routes to School program.
