All Boot Camp, spinning, yoga, and Hour Power classes are $3.00 for members and $6.00 for  non-members.
CLASS INFO
 
There will be a mixture of exercises for muscle strength and muscle endurance within every workout.  There will be a mixture of long periods of exercise with short periods of strength building.  Small limited amounts of rest in-between circuits to allow heart rate to drop for recovery, and build back up during peak periods of intense exercises which helps burn more calories during the workout period.   If just starting out to exercise or for those who think they are in shape can still benefit from these challenging workouts.  Instructor will lead the class through workout routine.
